Great strings
Ernie Ball Cobalt have never let me down always sounded great and feel good under your fingers. A fresh set of Ernie Ball Cobalt sound like piano strings on the bass great output it's the only string that I use, I've been a bassist for about 20 years now and tried many many strings these by far are the best for the electric Bass. One thing to mention is it usually kind of hard to find the five string sets at your local GC or mom and pop music stores so eBay is a good place to get them. Great strings
Been buying EB Cobalts for almost as long as they've been on the market. Absolutely my favorite string brand and make. Excellent clarity in the mids just helps hearing bass in loud settings, but also fitting well into a mix with minimal EQ'ing.

These are my favorite strings
I love these Ernie ball cobalt strings. I always use them. Unless I get color coated ones. But I love the big, full sound these strings offer. Pit bull audio is a great place to buy!

Cobalt!
I generally use Dr coated strings because they last so long, I haven't had these Ernie ball cobalts on long enough to determine the life of them. So far they sound amazing. Super low and super bright. I installed them on my schecter omen 5 extreme and after an hour of playing I ordered another set for my stiletto studio 5 which has emg electronics. Love these strings.

What you would expect from Slinkys....but BETTER!!!
Great strings. The renowned slinky sound with a little extra punch. I run Cobalts on my MM Stingray and Fender Dimension. With the cobalts, I can dial the Dimension to nearly match the tone coming out of the Stingray.
