    Will start by saying item was exactly as described, Item did not work so sent back will say easy process. Took me awhile to figure out why they only refunded me part of the purchase price. They say they gave me a discount of 8.00 on my purchase only to discover that it was for shipping. Somehow Texas to New York is 17.80, But New York to Texas is only 9.94 difference of 7.86. Items were shipped both ways by same method, bottom line is when company says full refund they find a way not top pay.
