    All great except Remote

    Overall we love it! Our only issue is that the remote control has to be pointed Directly at the box or it won't work. Kind of annoying but we're getting used to it. The picture quality is outstanding and has more channels than our old Roku 1.

    No longer supported by ROKU

    I did not do due diligence in buying this product - the current operating system is 8.0 and is not available for this model, consequently many current streaming services/channels are not accessible. For me, it is SLING TV. Too bad, good paperweight though.

    Excellent

    Product was easy to set up and navigate. I would recommend not using the hdmi cable that came with it though because it kept telling me the resolution was too low. After I changed the hdmi to one I'd already had it has worked perfectly and had a wonderful picture.

    Simple to operate

    Easy set up and simple menu to follow. Was able to start using it in minutes and I'm no computer person. I've had another brand put the Roku is so much easier to download app's or delete if not needed.

    Roku use with ease

    My daughter wanted me to get this so we could stream Netflix. I had no idea about how to use it or what it was. I love this item! So easy to use. It will pause what your watching, turn it off go back to the channel you are watching and it resumes right where u left! Love love love! Think I will buy another for my down stairs tv. Totally worth the investment!!!
