I bought both same time and asked for combined shipping but no refund. I sent 3 days of emails with no response. Called Caswell and asked person to do something -and respond to my emails. From my shipping experience the shipping (to East Coast) should have been under $14 for the size and wt of package. I got the shipment but still waiting for their reply and refund of shipping.
