Shampoo was ok, but the conditioner seemed old and not new since when I removed the seal it was dry and clogged at the top like a paste. It's obviously old and has been sitting for a long time. I had to shake vigorsly and put some water in there to make it work and that caused a third to spill. Not happy with conditioner at all.

I have tried to contact the seller with no reply. This is the most bizarre purchase experience I've ever had. Items delivered in used Ziploc baggie with strange red brown spot appearing to be blood. I'm in the forensics field and used a test kit and indeed this tested positive for blood. This is shown in the pictures below with the pink color on the Q-Tip. I am freaked out and certainly do not want to use the products in said bag. Refund please!
