Bought a set of chalkware from this seller and the big fiddle arrived broken. I am a seasoned buyer of vintage chalkware and this was packed very poorly w/only three layers of thin bubble wrap in a small box. I contacted the seller many times to work out a partial refund as I was willing to keep the music notes and find a replacement for the broken piece, but seller was only concerned about their own loss. I filed a claim, but ultimately canceled it because I found a fiddle from another seller.

Buyer badgered me multiple times daily demanding full refund, never mentioned partial refund/return.
Buyer made EBAY claim for full refund but buyer never returned any items, instead buyer closed the case shortly after opening it.
