Bought some aquarium plants and received rotten mush in an envelope. Which happens. It's summer. No big deal. Easily fixed by explaining and sending out some more. Seller chose a different path, however. After I contacted them with a photo, they denied it was theirs, blocked, banned me and ignored me. I guess they were suggesting that some stranger had, by miraculous coincidence, decided to send me free plants at the exact same time. These guys belong in a dingy alley bazaar, not eBay. Avoid.

This person(buyer) was reported to ebay of fraudulence. This buyer was caught not once but twice of presenting fake photos of alleged "damaged" product. If this person gonna scam a seller, at least done your research, we have sold enough goods to know what our own products and packaging look like. Let's hope ebay start taking it seriously to stop the scammer and keep them at bay.
