It was listed as new. In the description it says new open box. See pics. There was also no mention of a damaged box. Overall this game is still playable and I will play it, it just isn’t in the condition as what was described. I base decisions on descriptions. I don’t leave feedback like this lightly. In almost 200 transactions this is only my second less than 5 star review.
