A Beautiful Story of Faith and Friendship

The remarkable story of how two complete opposites become close friends and what they learn from each other. It is a story of faith and how it is tested and strengthened. This was a book club selection from my local club. The reason I joined was to take me out of my reading comfort zone, expose me to new authors and get my mind stirring in different directions. This book met all three of these goals.

  • same kind of different as me!

I've read it before. Excellent book. A good friend of mine loaned it to me to read. I gave it back to him a couple of years ago. He passed away several weeks ago, at 91 years old. Navy and Air Force Veteran from WWII, and Korea. His daughter took his books. I wanted a copy, as a memory. The Movie is supposed to be out, sometime this month.
