    My tummy LOVES Healthy Fiber!

    Fibre is needed to support healthy gut microbime. Healthy Fibre makes increasing fibre so easy. It is compatible with a low Fodmap diet, mixes easily into any food or smoothie and does not have a slimy or jelly-like texture - you don't even know you're eating it!

    Great

    Prefer my fiber for sensitive tummy I have IBS-C . This is clear once it dissolves , light & low fodmap. I have 1/2 spoon if this with psyllium husk n chia seeds soaked .. drink. I give it to my kids tooo .. works a charm with daily use

    Works well

    Very good product. Works better for me than Apple Pectin, although your mileage may vary. Seems to be important to drink a LOT of water when using this, otherwise constipation could result.
