Great looking keyboard, a shame about the faulty features.
I purchased the Razer Pro Type Ultra Wireless keyboard. Straight out of the box I noticed some keys were evidently lower than others, especially the W key. The USB dongle which I relied on came apart and got stuck in my keyboard. I noticed the battery life wasn’t the best, once I played around with the Razer Central and Razer Synapse, I got an improvement with the battery as I lowered the light settings. The software is not the best, to be honest, I thought it was a bit heavy for what it needed to do. A shame as it was good to type on and looked great. I’m going to give it a 2 star as it's not actually dead, however, the dongle is broken, and the keys are lower. The US support was disgraceful, I’m so glad I purchased this through eBay as Razer support has been OK. I purchased the Razer Pro Type Ultra Wireless keyboard.
