I bought it "refurbished"; to clean cat box sand. Looks Brand New. Does the job perfectly. Not the most powerful but has 2 speeds; low & high. Ran on high and lasted about 12 to 15 minutes. Vacuumed most of my house. It certainly isn't as good as my plug in Dyson but does the job, especially for the price and isn't a pain in the rear end to get out/use! Seems to be well made. Only time will tell how long the battery lasts???
