This was advertised as NOS. Came without packaging or documentation, Power chord had been cut off. Seller said that he just glanced at it and thought is was new. That's ridiculous as it obviously did not meet the criteria of NOS. Seller said I could start a return but his return policy as stated by him required that the buyer pays return shipping. Stay away from this guy!!!.
