The item is as described and was dispatched promptly, it was package well however I had to contact the supplier as it did not arrive within the specified time, the suppliers communication was quick and great and the Fitbit strap arrived a few days later. The issue was to do with Royal Mail.

Terrible customer service. I contacted the seller to ask about strap width at buckle end to confirm size prior to purchase. They stated they could not provide sizing. Looking at the pics and making an educated guess I purchased the straps hoping they would be the correct size which fortunately they were. Average price, 2 for 3 offer makes it OK, good quality supple strap although not fully leather as they are rubber, average delivery time.
