Instead of the endless pages of technical advice which bog down so many other manuals, here it's the sumptuous photographs which largely tell the story

Synopsis
The techniques explained in this golf instruction book do not reveal Tiger Woods' own predilections, but how he took care to make it a guide for everyone, men or women, young or old, tall or short. The book is structured differently from other books, starting at the green and progressing backwards - just the way Tiger learned to play. Its contents include: the yearn to learn; the putting green - last things first; a swing built to last; sand play - make the hard look easy; iron play - knocking down the flag; nail your fairway woods; the driver - go with all you've got; when golf gets ugly; how to manage your game; and making golf fun., For the first time, champion Tiger Woods reveals the five secrets to his amazing success - a combination of physical, metaphysical and psychological practices he uses daily to keep his game in top shape.

    • How I Play Golf by Tiger Woods (2001, Hardcover)

Great book...very easy to understand all tips and fundamentals due to great illustrations throughout the book...may be too simple for advanced golfers, but if you're still willing to learn, this is an excellent reference of EARLY Tiger, before he really changed his swing...Solid advice from the man who changed the game...I can honestly say that I have incorporated at least 2 techniques from this book immediately to improve my game.

    • Good book for someone just learning to golf

I am sure this book sells well because it has Tiger Wood's name on it but if you can find it on sale it will be a good deal. It is written in a very large font and has huge pictures so there isn't much "meat" in this book. You could probably read this book from cover to cover in a few hours. Do what I did and read this book plus a couple other golf books to help you get started in this wonderful game of golf!

    • Awesome condition

The book offers amazing detail on how to play every aspect of golf. Definitely a must read for beginners

    • Must read for any level of golfer !

I'm a 4 handicap and I learned an awful lot from this book. Very easy to read and has some excellent detailed pictures. A must read if you are serious about lowering your handicap. You will not be disappointed. I'm not even a big Tiger fan really. Only one thing omitted was his mental approach to the big moments. Would have loved to learned how he deals with it. He never met a putt he didn't like....that was one quote I took away from this book. Very cool.
