AOK. Item as described, reasonable condition (as described), excellent price, reasonable packing and shipping time, no problems. Thanks. (Sorry, I don't do star ratings when some are automatic, as it's unfair to buyers to have eBay pre-empt any of the scores. You should complain to eBay, as your star ratings would have been very high.) I can't rate the product until I read it. It's unfair for eBay to require a product rating in order to send feedback! The guys at eBay are heavily into control.

  • No cook in the kitchen should be without this book

This book gathers all the helpful hints form Fine Cooking in one place and separated by subject and or category. Easy to use and find helpful hints. Don't run back to the grocery store to get the one ingredient you forgot, simply look in the book and find the correct substitute and keep going. When you have an issue with a recipe simply look in the book and solve the problem. No chef of and experience level should be with out this book. One of several reference books that never leaves my kitchen. Being a profesional chef I refer to it everyday.

  • Good reference book

The book is a great little reference tool. If you are unsure about how you should care for your pans or just need a little extra advice about kitchen know hows, this is an excellent book to have on hand.
