    A PATH FROM VICTIMS TO VICTORS!!

    When Mr. Bill Cosby and Dr. Alvin F. Poussaint titled the book "COME ON PEOPLE "; they were speaking/addressing the communities of the world because it doesn't just address the issue of the black community, my community, but the issues that affect the world's communities. Socially acceptable standards has made the black community, my community a victim, but Mr. Cosby and Dr Poussaint are attempting to put us "ON THE PATH FROM VICTIMS TO VICTORS." I highly recommend this book to anyone looking forward to bringing a humanitarian uplifting to the world communities, and ridding it of this " Pestilence of Bigotry. " Thank you very much for your inspirational and spiritual encouragement and gifts from Our Heavenly Father and Our Lord Jesus Christ, Mr. Cosby and Dr Poussaint !!! COME ON ...

    Attention grabbing

    I saw Bill Cosby giving a interview about the book and was compelled to buy it. This book clearly describes many problems that affect black america (it also applies to others that are poor) but more importantly it gives solutions. I feel the book hits the target. Many people are quick to blame everyone else before accepting responsibility for the problem. As someone that wants to make a difference the book gave me ideas on how to help people to take responsibility for their lives and not constantly rely on the government or others. I like the way the book used actual people to tell their stories. Hopefully their testimony will help others. I also like the way they presented solutions in manner that allows you to do something no matter where you are in life. In addition the book ...

    Simply Amazing

    Bill has been attacked and criticized by opportunists like eric dyson he has written several books that simply focus on keeping minorities in the victimology mindset dyson rarely offer solutions or look at his history--beyond paid speaking engagements he offers NO PROGRAMS or anything to help anyone beyond his accountant. Bill is the direct opposite saying things that need to be heard and demanding accountability. It is this direct confrontational approach that many of us need to hear. He not only speaks about the problems but directs us towards solutions so we can all become winners---five stars for BILL COSBY Eric Dyson...donate money from book sales to help instead of manipulating for selfish gain

    Everyone Must Read!

    Bill Cosby and Dr. Poussaint have truly hit the nail on the head with this recent publication. They speak to everyone, of every color, about how it is time to become productive people and take responsibility for ourselves. While not everything they say will sit well with readers, their message is slear and correct. This book should be on the reading list of every high school student!
