A++++++++ seller with excellent comms. Fast delivery, well packed and great quality but unfortunately due to some confusion the wrong items were sent. The seller immediately issued a free return label then the Post Office 'lost' the parcel! In fact, tracking shows the PO ping-ponged it between delivery offices for weeks on end then gave up. The seller kindly issued a full and prompt refund despite not having had it back. This seller is a credit to eBay with fantastic customer service & comms.

There was an issue with the ESD wrist strap part of the package but the seller responded very promptly when contacted and arranged to have a replacement sent. They have come in very handy for the purpose of replacing a motherboard and handling other sensitive PC components. If only I could give more than 5 stars!
