The item arrived badly packaged and was defective. When I asked for replacement to be sent, seller said there's no quality issue and he doubted if the replacement will work any better. He offered to refund half the amount instead. I said half the price still won't make the product suddenly start working and commenced the return process. By the time I finished it but before I could send it, he'd already given me a full refund but asked me not to leave a negative comment.
