Traditional fast acting Herbal skin ointment.
A traditional herbal ointment which I remember and used as a child. It is excellent at healing grazes and cuts to the skin and better at healing than the cream supplied by a Doctors prescription which uses Urea Cream. You do not require to apply much on the effected skin and is fast acting. Highly recommended and at last I have found a reliable supplier within Britain who can supply it for a reasonable price. So impressed I am of this product that I have bought additional 20g tins in order to give them away to people that I know that would benefit from this product which has a strange sounding name. Recommended for any family medicine cabinet or anyone that has a skin issue. Continuing search for the solution to chilblains on the fingers! Great result!
Over the years, I've tried just about everything to cure the discomfort of chilblains on my fingers. I don't know where they come from. I keep my hands warm, but after the first cold day of the winter, I wake up with a crop of them on the last joint of my fingers. I've tried all the usual treatments over the last 40 or so years, but nothing seems to speed up the healing, or control the itching of the little critters! I don't know if this ointment speeds up the healing, but it certainly makes the chilblains less sensitive. Perhaps it's the several times daily massage that they get whilst applying the ointment. Who knows? Anyhow, it seems to be positive after the first use. The pack is a good size to carry with you. The ointment is easy to apply, and soaks in quickly. the fingers are greasy for a few minutes, but this soon goes. The smell is very herbal, but not unpleasant. It looks like the tin will last quite a while, as you don't have to use much to have an effect. If, like me, you suffer chilblains on your hands (and most likely tour toes), I think you could do worse than to try this ointment.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
