    Item was ordered on Tuesday with delivery stated on Thursday, Friday at the latest. The tracking showed the item wasn't sent until Thursday evening and will take an extra week to arrive. I am leaving for a month and needed the item by Friday. I contacted Anaconda help multiple times from Wednesday onwards asking to cancel the order as it won't be delivered on time but not a single contact email was responded to. There is no phone number to call. Absolutely terrible service and customer service.
