When I received my item in the mail it was broken into many pieces. I contacted the seller requiring the issue. She was very nice about it. The next business day I had received a reimbursement in full into my account. I was so pleased with how see handled the situation . She also had done a very good job at packing and protecting the item. All damage was due to the delivery of the item.
