As i am an older lady my hair sadly has thinned terribly but this shampoo over some weeks has thickened the hair that i do have and makes your hair much healthier. Sadly due to my Alopecia it doesn’t aid in regrowth ( nothing does that these days) but it helps the hair i do have keep healthy. I highly recommend this product.!
