    Seller posted item 18 days after my payment and only after I opened a case with eBay. (Postmark on the package clearly showed the late postage date.) Seller combined the postage for two items and said they would refund my postage over-payment after I received he package and closed the case. After I received the package I closed the case and advised the seller but four days later I still haven't received the refund.
