DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Even though I explained that it was urgent They shipped item 2 days after it should have arrived they also lied telling me that had shipped it 5 days earlier.
The item was not packaged at all and was crushed rendering it not useable at all. Communication was hopeless as they do not understand messages. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!

A suggestion to anyone wanting to use this ebay trader: The Flagpole I purchased is useless. Product description and inclusions are very vague. I purchased their flagpole kit, to eventually be advised the mount bracket was Not Included, - and needs to be purchased at additional cost. This in turn, puts the cost way beyond that offered by other vendors. (at a lower purchase price for a complete kit also.) Subsequent correspondence with the trader has not resolved the scenario. Buyers be careful.
