I purchased an a/c adapter for my old laptop. I purposely searched for one with the exact model and number as the seller listed for sale. I waited a few days to receive the item. When it arrived, it was not even close to the specifications or model that I ordered. It was of no use to me. I emailed the seller. How could this happen?
