The seller was very helpful. I was buying 4 Denby bowls and he discovered a very small chip on one of them when he was packing them up. He got in touch with me to see if I still wanted them with a 25% refund and a reduction in postage costs, which I was happy to do. So I got 4 for the price of 3, with one having a barely noticeable chip in the glaze.
