My package arrived with only minimal wear as could be exected, however upon opening the box the ears were a bit bent. Rather than start a return, I reached out to the seller and asked if they would be willing to compensate me for the damaged item (it was still a fully usable piece of equipment as far as I can tell until I hook it up).
