The item showed up in the condition shown/described, but the seller charges a large amount on shipping above the real shipping cost. I get that shipping is expensive, but it needs to be more accurate. Got charged GBP 19.95, but the package shows right on it that the shipping cost was GBP 10.55. I'm in the US, and that comes out to a difference of nearly 12.00 USD. Tried contacting the seller to see about a partial refund and got no response at all - thus neutral feedback.

We charge a standard shipping charge across all listings for overseas postage (we offer free postage within the UK), some countries or items may cost less to send, but this is factored in when we allow offers on our buy it now items. You received almost 25% discount when we accepted your offer of £18 on a £24.95 item. You have to also remember that eBay charges fees of around 15% on both the item price and the postage
