The photos either did not accurately depict the folders condition or it was damaged in shipping. The folder was sandwiched between a flattened cardboard box but the box had foldable parts, so likely the bubble envelope got folded along one of those lines and left a large crease on the bottom of the folder. There are other creases not clear in the photos as well. Better, clearer and more accurate photos in future listings are needed and better attention to detail with shipping materials as well.
