Seller offered a full refund, which is way more then I expected. Item did not come with full set of instructions, but seller has a copy included in the listing. The instructions were a little hard to follow, but that is a problem with the manufacturer. One of the bars was a little long and I had to trim to make it fit and seller offered a complete replacement. I was able to solve all issues with a little patience.
