Dear customer, you put the charcoal in the wrong position. The charcoal should be placed on top of the charcoal mesh, which can insulate the heat. You placed the charcoal directly on the furnace body and pressed the charcoal mesh up, so the heat was forced toward the furnace body, and Putting too much charcoal burned the anti-rust layer of the furnace body, but the loss of the anti-rust layer does not affect the use of the oven. Rust will only occur if the rust layer gets wet again.
