This is a up date to my original negative feedback .for some reason I was given the tracking number to my gift and no number to the item I purchased this caused great confusion and frustration. The courier then could not deliver because they could not find the address even though oi live in a older established address after over a week s waiting I received my purchase. Now the good news the e-bike exceeded all my expectations,it was easy to assemble and all the features worked extremely well,
