Advertisement shows a pack of 5 pads, and description says pads (plural). What showed up was ONE PAD. I sent a message to the seller on Aug 23. No response. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so sent another message on Aug 27. No response. So...I just paid $14 for one little pad. What a ripoff. Oh, and I have no idea if it's new since it was removed from the covering.

Shipping was an issue (USPS would not update for 11 days after shipping on the 14th then item suddenly arrives 25th shows “Accepted at post office the entire time day of arrival shows “out for delivery). Did not get any responses from seller after attempts to find out what happened.
