    Worth Every Penny

    I bought this train set for the children in my family to play with when they visit. Even though I had to purchase the controller and tracks separately, it was still a very good deal. This train set hasn’t stopped moving since it arrived, the children love it.

    Great idea but POORLY MADE Tain set

    Very cute in theory, but built in China, so the quality is not great at all. Clearly designed to be thrown away after 1 or 2 uses, This is the lowest level of Lionel product line Designed for the very cheap person , or person who has no money at all to spend for a real Lionel train set The upgraded Harry Potter train set is much better built, if you can afford to buy it at $299.00

    Lionel Trains "Hogwarts Express" remote control locomotive and tender.

    If you are a Harry Potter fan, then you'll like Lionel's version of The Hogwarts express locomotive! It has a nice heavy metal boiler shell with a lot of nice added trim pieces, the smokestack is even Brass. The locomotive and tender come with a nice wireless remote control, which allows you to control direction, speed, whistle, bell, and even announcements that are taken from the first Harry Potter movie. A nice Lionel model with great features.
