It fit, with some modifications
We double-checked the model number on the fan light in our bathroom before ordering. This light lens stated it was for the right model of fan we have. But when it arrived, the lens was a tad too big for the light opening. But with modifications to two corners of this light lens, it fits snug and hopefully, we won't have to remove it anytime soon because that might send us back to eBay to replace it again. These corners are a bit more "sharp" than the original light lens. They were more rounded and therefore, this specific light lens was not a perfect fit but a few shaved cuts off a couple of corners and this one worked fine. Genuine Broan Vent Fan Light Lens Cover
I thought this is a Broan Cover, but it does not have a brand name on it, as my original one does. It does not fit my fan, as it has more pointed corners, where my original cover has more rounded corners. So, it makes me wonder if it is a "genuine" Broan product. Before you order this, look closely at the corners on the pictures of this product. Rolled the dice and won. No idea what brand my fan is but the measurements and photo seemed to match up to replace a broken lens. This must be a standard size, the new part I received was an exact fit for a very good price. Only difference being that the new one is a little more transparent, or just a bit more "see through". Measure carefully and look at the edges/corners
The measurements of the lens I need are exactly the same as advertised with this one, but the actual brand name OEM lens has slightly rounded corners. Since the lens snaps into place, it doesn’t fit in the housing unless you sand or shave the corners down. Don't waste your money - it does not work for Broan ceiling units
It is not a Broan part - some knock-off that does not fit the opening of the ceiling ventilation fan. The piece that was shipped to me has square corners and the original Broan part has rounded corners. It will not go into the opening and therefore is useless to me.
