Beads and broken items and no matching anything I'm extremely disappointed and it was not resolved for any kind of refund of course people know what they are selling no responsibility. Poor customer service. Handful is right plastic items only a few none matching earrings on photo's may look decent in person all plastic except earrings no pairs..REALLY!!!also it will not let me press negative experience so why bother with that option or neutral get it together We are the buyer's and consumers .
