Spoke with seller before buying he assured the shipping would be smooth, and when the truck came with it, there was no liftgate to help unload it. The truck was way over my husband head driver said there it is in the back on a pallet in the corner.  leaving it to my husband to try to get unloaded.  this was a very heavy unit as it’s a microwave/oven combined when I notified the seller of this problem he won’t even answer us back no compensation no nothing and we paid over $2000 for this.
