There was a misunderstanding at the very start due to ebay itself, they acted quickly and very generously upgraded the tablet at no cost, but the postal packaging was bad, in a too big box that came beaten at the corners with a few big bubbles that deflated in transit but, it came as quickly as promised after the chat & the upgrade was very generous. MOST IMPORTANTLY it was safe, works and was in as listed condition. Bad packaging, everything else excellent, would still buy again!

    3 In A Row

    Good basic phone at a good price with the added feature of being Twin-SIM. Important here in darkest Somerset where the likelihood breaking down on the A39 is directionally proportional to a lack of phone signal! Why 3 in a row? Well, as my wife will testify, they don't like being dropped down a toilet. This is why I don't feel like spending any more! Oh yes, they're not waterproof!

    Purchased phone for my wife for xmas. It is amazing value for the price paid! If U wanted that spec. in a Samsung or other top brands U will av to pay 3 times more! I was a Samsung fan for a long time! I have purchased a Huarwei P20 pro for myself. They are fantastic phones and are the best value phones I av ever had!! AMAZING

    Christmas present

    My son absolutely loves this phone. Its a beautiful colour, the battery life is fantastic and the phone itself is so easy to use. It has very light weight construction compared to an iPhone and is lighter than Samsung galaxy. It has everything on it that you could possibly need in a phone. I think that its excellent value for money and so does my son who knows a thing or two about phones and computers. I would recommend the huawei honor phone to a friend.

    Absolutely great phone if you not to worried about having the absolute best over priced kit Has fingerprint scan scanner which is great and can use google pay at shops Games,I only play basic games like cards etc and it plays well enough with no stutters I have 2 sim cards in my phone and they both work extremely well and can choose which phone you need to use when dialling out Plays audio very well and video too. Pass code is now 8 digits instead of 4 as per my previous version Honor 9. Seems to have fast charge as it doesn't take long to get a good charge. Screen is nice and sharp and looks amazing Only gripe is when you sometimes try and change or close apps it can take a little while to respond ,like 2 or 3 seconds but nothing wrong with that Other than that I am really happy with ...

    Great phone

    I didn't want a really expensive smart phone but I did want something that looked good and worked well. The Honor 20e does all that for a great price. It was easy to start using and the camera is very good compared to my old smartphone. It's nice to look at and you get a clear case for the back with it too.
