I ordered and paid for a 16" 4mm round snake chain necklace. I received a 20" 4mm round snake chain necklace. I will not be returning this necklace for a refund because the return postage costs would outweigh the value of a return from the seller. I am very disappointed with this purchase. I will never wear this necklace as it is 4" too long.
