Messaged seller to tell them and sent picture as I wasn't pleased. I told them in message that I know it wasn't their fault but to reconsider their courier service. All I got was cheeky replies and name calling. I told them I'd return the poster in person to their premises and I was given a full refund after alot of back and fourth.
