Overall, my experience from this selling was very positive. Initially there was a mistake on the item that was sent. The model number was different from what was advertised. It was close but not the one advertised. I reached out the seller and we confirmed it was a mistake on his end. I had the option to send it back and get a full refund, but I decided to keep the item at a discounted price. Packaging was great, item was in great condition. Description mentions item is new, with damaged box. The item arrived okay, but was in a soft package that didn’t do much to protect the item/damaged box. I would recommend packaging more securely to prevent the question of whether more damage had occurred in shipping. In the end even though there were questions, everything came out alright.
