    Sync 2 to sync 3 upgrade works perfectly in my son's 2014 raptor. He can now use apple car play and waze on his screen, keeping him from having to look at his phone for directions, etc. When you purchase, yubang asks for your vin so they can program the unit to your exact vehicle. I was a little skeptical, but it was indeed programmed for a raptor (raptor logo pops up an startup and shutdown). Also has the seat heater and cooler buttons included. Works great and couldn't be happier!

    This was a major improvement from Sync 2 that I have for nine years! Installation was easy and no need for additional programming once received. Because they sent me computer adapter, I downloaded Forscan to change some features like the double honk when leaving vehicle. Like others have said this item will arrive a lot sooner that stated shipping time.
