Mixed feelings, the shoes themselves are as described and rapid dispatch. However, original Cheaney bags were meant to be included. Seller immediately apologised for incorrect listing and offered refund. However, I wanted to keep the shoes. Suggested a token gesture to compensate for this but seller unwilling. Overall, I'm disappointed as the shoes are as described and what I wanted but I had factored bags into offer price.

These fantastic high quality shoes were sold to the buyer on a discount and the buyer had a VERY good deal. All photos were accurate showing the USED item and what was included. The buyer found some small print in the description mentioning dustbags as this was taken from the original manufacturers description. The buyer used this minor issue to exploit a tidy partial refund from us. As per policy, we offered the buyer a free of charge return for a full refund to which they declined?
