Seller notes: “Complete overhaul of the focus mechanism and head. I painstakingly removed the old grease that ... “Complete overhaul of the focus mechanism and head. I painstakingly removed the old grease that turned into varnish (glue) and installed fresh synthetic grease (see attached pictures). The X access, stage and condenser's dovetail were also checked, cleaned and lubricated as needed. Everything moves freely and smoothly. Lastly, I disassembled the head, removed the old grease, installed new grease and cleaned the optics. The head produces very sharp images without debris seen. Good cosmetic shape with minor surface scratches. There's a small plastic chip on the right side.”
