I contacted the seller to say they had sent me a jacket that was a size bigger than normal and basically they said tough and never offered any solution what so ever. This could possibly be the worse customer service I have ever came across to be fare the jacket is ok but that wasn’t the issue .nit even an offer of a percentage of a refund .its not been a total waist of time as I have learned never to use this company again and my local charity shop will have a nice jacket this time tomorrow .
