The listing is a lie. Listing suggests the camera is 12mp but it came in a box marked as 5mp. In reality, the item inside the box is much less quality than 5MP and in reality closer to 1mp. If you contact the seller regarding an issue, they will waste your time and suggest you use their insecure method of returning it. If you dislike drama, AVOID this seller

My suggestions are that you do not exaggerate product specifications by lying on your ebay listings and also that you do not annoy customers further by setting your own conditions, against ebay policies for people to remove negative feedback until before you refund them.
You can ask, but not demand. I will NEVER buy from you again and other people would have to be completely crazy to trust you with anything. The sooner bad sellers like you are off ebay, the better ebay will be for everyone
