It was shipped in a plastic bag bubble mailer, which isn't really the best method for shipping a bulb. The bulb box inside was slightly crushed, but fortunately the bulb itself is intact, so I'm still leaving a 5 star review. However for future consideration, I would definitely recommend using a cardboard box to ship something fragile like a bulb. Thank you.
