    A nice old model

    This is an older kit that is, IMO, right before Monogram's quality was peaking (before being bought out). This model has full, quite accurate, detailing that requires some previously acquired skills to build. I recommend adding pins to the rear suspension to increase durability. And since this is an older kit, plenty of test-fitting is a must, especially to get the hood to fit perfectly. And for someone who has lots of experience detailing models, this one is a terrific base kit to add the tons of hoses and wires that are visible under a C4 Corvette's hood! I wholly recommend this model to anyone who has a bit of experience under their belt and who loves Corvettes!

    Good color mold

    I like this kit because it is molded in a nice shiny yellow that you don’t have to spray paint. You will need to do a fair amount of painting but not the body. It’s nice enough.
