There's no need to crush small boxes for envelope postage when they are only a few millimeters thick to begin with. I understand that they are only disposable razor blades but when you advertise something as new and it arrives in the state that you posted these in it's dishonest. And each box (all five of them) was uniformly, intentionally flattened prior to posting because there's no way that it happened during transit. I shan't be dealing with you again.

My apologies for the items being received damaged, I can assure you I do not crush or send crushed boxes from this end. All the boxes are intact at the time of posting.
